About the role:  
• To provide exceptional quality domiciliary home care support to clients in their own homes in-line with Nest Homecare policies and procedures. This person-centred care will include; 
Personal Care 
Showering / Bathing 
Dressing and grooming 
Toileting 
Medication administration 
Companionship 
Use of aids and equipment 
Help at mealtimes 
Shopping 
Planning and preparing meals 
Domestic tasks 
Trips, apointments and social activities 
Meaningful activity 
• To promote client’s rights, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignity. 
• To treat clients with respect and keep them safe. 
• To be flexible and open to extra hours in case of emergency. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
To provide exceptional quality care to clients as outlined in the Care Plan 
To monitor and report changes in client’s condition 
To keep clear and accurate records in client’s homes, reporting changes immediately 
To communicate effectively with clients, their families and colleagues 
To participate in training and supervision sessions and attend team meetings 
To undertake any other tasks as directed by your Manager 
 
Skills & Experience: 
Experience as a Care Worker 
Experience with dementia is advantageous 
Full UK driving licence and access to own car
