We are currently recruiting Care Workers to help us provide exceptional support to private clients in their own homes. Our staff come from all walks of life – some have little or no experience, but have invaluable life experience and common goals to respect and care for people. Being a Care Worker doesn’t just mean helping our clients remain independent and happy in their own homes, but it means helping maintain their rights of choice, privacy and dignity, using skills to help support them with things they might find more difficult such as preparing meals, showering or administering medication, and making a real difference to improve their lives through compassion, care and support. About the role: To promote client’s rights, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignity. To treat clients with respect and keep them safe. To provide exceptional quality domiciliary home care support to clients in their own homes.
