Learning Disability Support
We know that with the right support from the right person, people with learning disabilities can live full and meaningful lives.
Our range of care services supporting people with Autism and Asperger's syndrome, Down's syndrome, Cerebal Palsy means that we can help fulfill this aim.
We support clients on a one to one basis whether in their own home, at a day service or in the community.
Our staff are recruited for their experience, skills and aptitude to ensure that client's benefit from an enjoyable, confidence-building experience giving them more control over their lives with greater levels of inclusion, independence, and choice.
At Nest we will create a person-centred Care Plan to help you or your loved one:
• Remain as independent as possible
• Keep as much control over your life as possible
• Continue to do, or start to so the things you enjoy
• Understand the type of care is right for you
• Understand the health condition
Our main priority is to treat every client as an individual which is why we will tailor a care programme to your exact needs.
