What types of things can my Care Worker do?

This is the sort of question we get asked alot.... 

Your Care Worker is there to support you with whatever you need assistance with: this can vary from medication administration and personal care (assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting) right through to help attending appointments and sorting through post and bills. Our Care Workers are very experienced and trained in all aspects of manual handling so if you use any sort of aids to assist you in our daily living then you can be assured that we can help. We can also help with complex care needs such as PEG feeding anf Stoma Care. The main point is that your care really is all about you. Our initial assessment together would be where you tell us all your needs, wishes and goals....we then put together a unique, person-centred Care Plan that you're happy with. This however is not set in stone, and can be adapted to your needs at any time. We love working with our clients, and we look forward to speaking with you soon.
