We have a rigorous recruitment process so only select the very best people as our Care Workers. We support and motivate them and ensure they are happy.
All Care Workers are fully trained in the Care Certificate, and more - many of our staff hold RQFs to Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and Dementia.

Registered Care Manager
I have a BSc in Psychology with criminology and am studying for RQF Level 5 Health and Social Care. I am passionate about ensuring individuals receive a superior level of care, whilst maintaining a sense of dignity and independence in their own homes.
I have also worked with people with Learning Disabilities and in Clinical care.
I speak 5 languages and really enjoy working with people. I joined Nest because they share my passion for the industry and caring for people, and making a real difference to people's lives.
Memory Support Specialist
My background working in the community with clients and their families has provided me with a great understanding and empathy, especially with those living with dementia.
My role is to provide support for current and prospective clients with Nest, and provide additional help sign-posting clients.
I hold a Level 5 in Health and Social Care, and a Level 3 in Dementia Care. I am also a Dementia Friends Champion and enjoy providing sessions to help make Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead more dementia friendly.
My role at Nest is to help ensure that we are providing the very best service to our clients and being the very best employer to our Care Workers.
My reason for getting out of bed every morning is my belief that we really can help people on a daily basis and make a postive impact and make a difference to their lives.
I am passionate about supporting people with dementia and recently became a Dementia Friends Champion, and hold a Level 2 in Dementia Care.
I have been lucky enough to have been a Domiciliary Care Worker for over 6 years.
I love working with people and helping them in their daily lives. It's a very demanding but rewarding and fulfilling job.

I recently joined Nest after working for a local council. I also has many years care experience including working as a Supervisor and an Assistant Care Manager.
I hold Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and my focus at Nest is ensuring that Care Workers and clients are suitably matched, and I am the main contact at the end of the phone ensuring the smooth-running of the office, ensuring all our clients and Care Workers are happy.
